Graduate Training Program
Our Graduate Training Program is a development program designed to expose ambitious minds to the world of Safal and prepare them as our next generation of business managers. This is in line with one of the key goals of our Human Resource strategy, developing internal leadership and management capacity throughout the company.
Each year a group of Graduates with excellent educational and extracurricular track records are recruited into the program from various identified academic partners. During Phase I (up to 4 months), the graduates gain an overall value chain understanding of the business by undergoing a structured training across various departments on a rotational basis. Phase II (up to13 months) is invested in exposing the graduates to in-depth understanding of various sub-functions of the chosen field of specialization e.g. Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Production, Maintenance, Human Resource etc.
The approach covers theoretical learning, job shadowing and live projects with assessment and feedback at each stage. We develop an all-rounder “Safal Business Manager” establishing very real contributions to business results while building the skills and network needed to succeed.
